Milk comes in different colours depending on the source and how it was
processed. Also the lightsource can affect the colour. I find the image very
convincing.

i think it looks like milk (got thursty). of course healthy milk has
more fat...
maybe glass could have another color or background color tricks a bit.
and a second soft light source should make it more realistic. it looks
slightly like a picture made in a bunker(?).

Is that a real render or a studio photo? Ho! That hint of banding in the
shadow, it must comes from an area light. Adding photons maping and
making the area light dencer with jitter will make it more realistic.
