I'm working on the foam near the shores... Looks better than before, but still
not the way I want it :)
Anyway, I'm tired now, so I'm gonna see if my bed is still where it should be :)
Goodnight!

I never know whether to be inspired or dismayed by images like these...

My moral question, is should I be trying to emulate these, or merely
stealing them.

Maybe not the way you want it -- but still the way nature does it :-)
Can't find anything to criticize. Though... maybe... the rocks could
have a dark seam where the waves bathe them.
But otherwise... awesome rolex.

The foam and water looks great. One problem I always have with water is
managing the distant part whwere the texture breaks up into noise.
You've handled that very nicely it seems. There is a slight moire in
the extreme distance but it does not detract.
The stopping point for me is the texture on the face of the nearest
mountain. Suddenly the scale can seem out of wack and it has the effect
of the mountain looking toy-like. But it is a subtle thing. I think
some more detailing on the face, some vegetation for example, would help
re-afix the scale. I suspect that is what happens in real life anyway.
Great work!
