These are great! Nice details; how did you do them?
I strongly suspect they are from Star Trek; my beloved sci-fi franchine and
the only reason why I have a TV.

First. Great image I'm impressed! I think that perhaps the focal blur is a
little too much, perhaps lessen it, it would be nice to be able to "just"
make out the text on the other chips.

The "carpet" is a picture
from an actual fabric, plus
some normals/wrinkles/bumps
into it.

I got some pictures from the net of
the actual props used in the series.
The circuit is a bitmap with transparency,
drawn by hand (with ...windows paint)
