Since you appear to be a Windows user, try this:
http://www.downloadfreetrial.com/multimedia/mult14139.html
Personally, I use Infranview:
http://www.tucows.com/preview/194967.html
(but this may require the extra plugins. The download page appears to
claim JPEG2000 as standard but I always thought it required a plugin )

You could save even more bandwidth by posting just a link to wherever you
choose to upload the file.

This is the second time this happened -- a file that isn't "common" enough
to read. There's all kinds of software out there -- howzabout we make a FAQ
and page for this group that links to that software so we can all get
up-to-date? I totally understand the desire to show these images in the way
they were intended to be shown and it's all just a matter of software. If I
knew where to find this stuff, I'd put it up myself (that, and if I was just
a little bit less lazy) ;-)

I'd still get some saying they could not see the file after following
the link - so thanks for the suggestion, but it's not going to solve
that particular problem.

Well if you cross your fingers extra-hard, the FAQ controllers might
stir. But I'd not get your hopes up.

I don't blame them either -- Google's my home page after all :-)
