The city is Chris Colefax's.

I was starting down the lines of classic scifi --> mechanical tenacles &
robots --> a procedurally based mesh based on the two concepts together -->
am I going to get someone in trouble with an infringement here??   (Not that
I'll have time to make an actual IRTC anim, mind you....)
