Yet another landscape.

I've been thinking about writing an interface to the base POV SDL code to
make it easier to use the macros that drive the landscapes. Normally I'd
write it in VB but I'm toying with the idea of writing it in Java. Only prop
is that I've nerevr written anything in Java except for a few small scripts.
Anyone have an opinion on the best way to ge?
