More sky and cloud tests. I've added some low level scattering from dust to
the media model. The two test show how it interacts with the landscape at
sunset, with and without clouds. The image without clouds took only 36
minutes to render. The clouds version took 2 hrs.

I'll release the source code soon. It still needs a lot of cleaning up and
some good comments describing what each bit does. I'm hoping to also write
a simple UI ineither VB or Java
