Cooked this up in Moray last year but didn't have the patience to render it
on my old P3 650.

Rendered using SMPov (http://www.it-berater.org/smpov.htm) on my dual athlon
2200 & 1Ghz P3 laptop in 4 hours, 45 minutes & 19 seconds.

Can you post the source?  It looks like a fun object to do an animation of.

its verys simple - just some spheres inside a torus - moray mdl & exported
pov posted to p.b.sf :)
