One of the models I'm working on for the IRTC.
Made in Moray using the SeaShell plugin by
Philippe Gibone (a great plugin!, thank you Philippe)
Just wanted to share it.

Very nice.
IMO would look even better with Iridescence?

IMNSHO, it looks like the color variations are not with the macro shape of
the shell. Thus it looks like something molded out of colored plastic into
this shape.

It actually uses iridescence. I'll have to learn the
tricks of it (RTFM ;-)

1st, I don't know what IMNSHO means (I'm sorry for my poor english).
I don't know if you know that here in Spain, we are suffering the
fuel contamination from the "Prestige", a ship that sinked in the beginning
of 2003 in front of Galicia. Our seashore is receiving each day fuel spots
from the "Prestige", that is still freeing fuel (all the days I have gone to
the
beach, I have ended with my feet with fuel spots, some days bathing is
prohibited). I know some fuel is also getting to France.
The black spots over the shell are oil spots (or they try to be...)
Bye the way, it's not strange to find shells that have 2 color and even more
randomly distributed in its surface. I can send you some photos if you like.
Bye.

Well, as it's part of my next IRTC image, I thought
it was the place for them. There are a lot of excellent
examples in m.b., made by you, that illustrate the
plugin possibilities. Actually I thought of using the
plugin because of them.
I also like to show here how Moray is evolving and
expanding its possibilities (I also did that with the
UV_Mapped chess set I made in Moray).

I think it means: "In My Not So Humble Opinion".

Well, it's a sad story.... Here, in Montreal, Canada, it was a news story
for a week or so. You, on your side, you're still stuck with this hard
reality.
Your seashell is great. I like it a lot. To me, the inside is very
realistic.
Ciao!
Mart

Thanks for the tip.

You are right. It's a ship sinked at 4,000 mts. The preassure is so
high that can implode at anytime. And it still has 50,000 Tons inside.
A lot of work for our guardian angel.

Thank you very much. I still want to play a little with the
reflections and the iridescence, even though is a minor
object in the whole image.

Hello Txemi,
Would you like to beta-test the next version of seashell (lot of
improvements) ?
Do you read French ? (The doc is in French, and it will take a while to
translate it)
Cheers
