Wow,

I like these views. And especially the time
of twilight (->DigitalTwilight ^^ ).

But it is difficult to read the inscription on the
stone.

I liked the trees very much, although I think the texture could be a bit
rougher.

Fernando.

The upper part of the scene looks very good but the ground lighting could
be improved.

I'd say that the sky looks fine, the grass is well done
(though I wonder why it only grows on and at the
sides of the road, not on the hills...) and the
trees look nice, all of em being different and all.

I miss some shadows though, the scene looks
rather flat IMHO.

Yep thanks, I can see now that the lighting needed a little more work, the
road and bottom half of the image in general are lacking shadow. I
positioned the lights in the correct position for the 'sun' and that meant
the road didn't get much light. Most likely another area light positioned
higher in the sky would improve the image somewhat.

The hills are meant to be ploughed fields, but sometimes (quite a lot of
times really) the texture just evades me...

We live and learn, thanks for the comments.

Lower your ambient and then fix the lighting from there: I really don't like
how things look below the horizon....
