Still, posting targas is definately a nono. PNGs are a lot smaller and 
still provide lossless quality.

PS. I'd really like to see you port Pac-Man to your SDL processor! :-)

That was TARGA? Oh... how the heck did I manage that? :-|

Oh wait - it's a still from an animation, isn't it? That's it: I forgot to
change mode back to PNG... Ooops! (My AVI processor won't read PNG, so the
animation INI sets the output mode to TGA. Never mind!)

A VFAPI plug-in for PNG files is here

I use it with tmpgenc, but i assume it should work with any app that 
supports VFAPI
