No, no! You've got it all wrong. The villain is supposed to have a goatee!
But you're on the right track with the red hair. He definitely already has
thin lips, but it might help to make his irises and pupils smaller. It's a
technique often used in anime. Good work so far; I just about went mad
creating the demo blob hand when I started using Pov-Ray 3.1, so I can
admire this.

Funny how no one said that the villain needed a different shade of blonde
hair, or bluer eyes ;) . I actually made the hair and skin colors to be
that of my own from a digital photograph....

And it's interesting how one person says a villain naturally needs red hair;
the other darker-- could it be the bullies you yourself interacted with as a
kid? I know that when I saw a jerk at the country club this week make
comments about his prowess being a function of his nationality, I sized up
his facial features to see if they'd make a good villain.

One thing I did do was use a color guide book to choose the uniform colors.
The hero is "Strong/vivid," and the villain is "subdued."

Thanks for the advice all....

I was merely trying to point out some movie villain stereotypes. I always
think it's funny when a red-headed guy with a goatee turns out to be the
villain. Goatee wearing villains are common in movies. Watch for it. :)
