Total Time: 448 hours 39 minutes 27.0 seconds (1615167 seconds)
Quite a while... on an Athlon 1.7GHz machine. Used very
small memory (like, ~5 M)

Wow, how many dispersion_samples did you waste--I mean use in that image?
Fear not, my patch will be available once I add area_light specular code.
The image has a nice mood, worthy of a wallpaper if you put it into the 4x3
aspect ratio keeping it just as interesting.

I think some radiosity would make this perfect! Not sure what parameters,
though...

of radiosity.

No, I tried radiosity, and there's not a lot of color.
No differences.
Here's a 1280 x 1024 version, for those how asked
for it.
