If you have gone to Lowes or Home Depo lately you might have seen my
insperation for this one. It came from a packaged set of cordless
screwdrivers and bits.

Thats nice but does the look work as the ships I have modeled them as. Is

Thanks for comments!

Yes lighting: and environnement.
You could add some details as well as aerials, ports and crew

i'd say it looks o.k. for a ship. some kind of high speed transport between
planets. put it in a suitable environment and it might look really good.

It looks very good, but small like a pencil.. Rendering and light is very
good for that matter.. But not for a ship.. They remind me of Warp nacelles
on a Star Trek ship.. :o) Did you model them by scripting, or a graphical
interface? Looks pretty smooth.

Hugo

Uh, it looks like a hand tool sitting on a tabletop.
Perhaps camera view (to make it more omininously take up whole screen).
Texturing (probably not many actual vessels made out of plastic).

Acturally they will be made out of plasit. Or more likely kevlar and carbin
fiber composits.
I have played with the camera angle but many of the typicle shots losses the
veiw of the shape. I will work on an animation showing them in action.

Doesn't look like enough room for my legs from the knees down. You
might want to extend the nose a bit to accommodate us tall folks.
How 'bout a three-pod version with the center pod moved slightly forward
of the other two (for improved visibility). More conventional in
design, but it might make a nice addition to the fleet.
I heard rumours of reliability issues with the earlier hyper ion/steam
engines. Have you noticed an unusually high failure rate in the control
valves, or did they fix that?

Basic water valve. Not much to go wrong.
Must have been rumrs about some other concept and design.
