Two images within a few days of each other, both being in SDL? What's wrong
with me lately? ;)

After a 7h 10m 57s render (at 1280x960, not 640x480 ;) ), here's
Abstractified. It's been a while since I've done anything really abstract
(last abstract I did was on Sept 16, 2001 -- it's still on the server) and
decided to do some playing with loops, reflection, and media.

Any thoughts or suggestions?

-Ian

It's very cool looking, but what does "abstractified" mean? Is that the
same as "abstracted"? If so, what is it an abstraction of? Earth? An ova?
I've been reading too many art books lately. (*_*)

It's a word I invented. Just think of it as "abstract". ;P

None of the above. I just felt like doing something involving a sphere
surrounded by torii.

I see... :)

Actually, "nonrepresentationalified" might be a more accurate made up
word.<g>

Nice look, btw. I'm thinking about how the grainy rings in the
background of this picture would make a better light for your other. I
know, beating a dead horse.

Nice word! Sometimes you just have to make up your own because all the
existing ones don't quite say what you want. Nice pic too!

Now put a chain on it so I can hang it, it says "lamp" all over it...

Thanks! I like tacking odd suffixes onto words like that. Also, if an
image is abstract I might as well make its name abstract as well. :P

LOL, "Abstractified -- Disco Ball Edition". ;)

Suggestion for your next image: Abstractificationated.
And so on...

Hehe, not a bad idea! I'll have to keep that one in mind. ;)

What can be said about this? It's abstract, and it looks cool. Speaks for
itself really...

Andrew.
