Hi there

I plan to create some sort of medieval scene (closer to King Arthur than to
Conan), and I would like to know (kinda survey) which blade looks the best

one blade with the cross section of another one.

TIA

Philippe

Personally, I like number five, the others look a little to sharp pointed,
deffinitly stabbing weapons, but they might look better on shorter blades.
(dirks and daggers.) I have a couple swords and a dagger in my own collection.

As an SCA friend of mine would say: "When time is short, and talk is cheap...
Four feet of Steel... Three feet deep."

Hi.

As Anthony said, they all look a bit pointy to me. A broadsword is a cutting
weapon, not a stabbing weapon. A long thin point would make the sword too
fragile.

#5 or maybe #7. You might try some blades that have a groove cut down the
center of the blade.
