so close! 10 units up, looking straight down from within this scene that i'm
working on. Txemi Jendrix's boat would look good in this scene i think.

anyway, the water is really a large sphere, and the stars are spheres as
well. no fancy media on the sky, just a sky_sphere with a little turbulence.
media makes my computer hurt. the water looks good for being cheap. its
simply

normal {
      agate
      normal_map {
        [0.0 bumps scale <50, 1, 8> bump_size .85]
        [1.0 granite scale <3, 1, 4> bump_size .3]
      }
}

the moon is a pov logo from logo.inc
