Here we have 2 small variations on my first attempt following
the suggestions of Marc Jacquier (rounding the shape of the bone)
and Jaime Vives Piqueres (to add some bones more to the
background of the image).
In the first case I have increased the blurring parameters,
which took with it an increase in the time to render (7.5 hours).
The second image was enough faster, (single 7 hours) although
I have resigned to use some memory-eaters, like blurring cameras , but I
could not
resist to use some radiosity, the result? the image is too much... blue.
If somebody sample something of interest will send the macro to
construct to buildings and towers shortly (if somebody wants to
collaborate, even better, those structures need something of chaos: -)
caos :-)

I think you have rounded the shape too much. Less would be more
realistic.

I like this image a lot. Very nice. (the first seems a little void)

It would be a good way to begin with some "Spectacular Landscapes" ;-)

The first image doesn't do much for me, but the second one
is really quite nice! I'm not sure what else I would add to
it. Maybe a brightly-colored (red?) non-domino object
to sort of set off the overwhelming grayishness of the scene?

the double eighteen bones are unknown in Spain, and I have only seen double
nine bones playing in games.yahoo... how are cards double 18?
btw, i'll improve the macro with double 9, right now :-)

Could you post the source for the scene file used to create the second image
with the many domino buildings/towers. I want to experiment with it.
Thanks
