2 boxes and 2 spheres with some kind of ?media? where you use the spheres as
lenses? that could account for the white spot on the rightmost box. Euhmmm,
maybe you put the other one on the line camera-spheres? that might account
for the white glow inside the spheres...

Kinda.  There's more than 2 spheres, though, to amplify the effect.

Further hint: the spheres don't need media for this trick.
