My first try at a human head. Modeled in Wings, mapped in LithUnwrap,
painted in photoshop. I'm not happy with either the map or the geometry, but
it's getting there. Just thought I would share my progress so far, get some
fresh eyes to comment on it, and move from lurker to poster.

No, but they do look a little messy. I think it's a combination of a hastily
painted map and the actually mapping itself.

The nose looks a bit too angular, and the eyes need some work, but all

It definitely is. It's way better than my attempt (which I stopped because
it always looked like a robot). To get a more realistic skin, you might
have to switch to media.
