thanks.  it wouldve been finished weeks ago but i kept on making changes
then changing it back....you know how it is with raytracing - never
satisfied.

I enjoy this image very much.  The detail and control over a variety of 
effects is impressive.  The new composition seems to give more emphasis 
to the wonderful bookcase.

Now that's V-E-R-Y good. I think the chair is much better than the dog
which didn't seem to fit in with the scene.

    I probably should have mentioned this before, but I tried standing like
that and it was extremely un-natural. I found myself putting the forward
foot down flat and raising the rear foot. The only way I could stand like
that for any time, even a short time, was to move the hand on the table much
closer to the front. But then I found myself leaning on the hand.
