im converting my first serious pov image to version 3.5. the original was
done way back on version 1 for a college project. the last changes were
made on pov 3 (i think) but now its time to put some 3.5 goodies in it.
i could use some comments/crticism and especially any good ideas to fill the
room up a wee bit.
cheers,
john robinson

Cool! Could be my monitor but (1) the image seems a bit dark to me, (2)
antialiasing will improve the picture (and increase render time) and (3) the
books are too much alike IMHO.
I love those walls!
Could you post the picture of the very first version you did? I really would
like to see how that looked like with the old POV-Ray version!

here is the very first version of the MushRoom done on pov 1.0 & 2.0 back in
95 i think. now promise me you wont laugh.............ok go ahead :)
anyway, on another note. i know what you mean about the brightness. images
come out way darker on my wifes monitor when compared to mine. ive been
playing around with gamma and hopefully this will be fixed. the book
problem will be addressed next but i dont antialias or add area lights until
nearer the final render.
