Was having a play with focal blur and came up with this picture. It looks
really good as a desktop background so I though I would post it for anyone
else that is interested.

These things always great, tho I think you should ensure that your focal
point is actually centred on a sphere.. to me it looks as tho there is no
point in the picture that is totally in focus.

You are quite correct. I used a seed() rand() setup for the placement of the
spheres so the focal point will not be exactly on any of them. I dont think
it needs to be that accurate though when you are using it for a background
picture, your focus is on the things that are on the desktop.

Like I said in my original post it was a test of focal blur. These were the
first set of settings I tried and I like the image that came out. I
currently have it as my desktop background and it looks quite nice.
