Just the result from my messing around with
a little macro last night.
This mess consists of 400 torus segments
joined smootly in a single loop.
IIRC Ron did something similiar a while ago.

Actually, I think it was Wodzimierz ABX Skiba (and what a wonderfully
difficult name he has ;) )
Anyway it's nice and certainly way out of my league in mathematical terms?
:P

That's very nice; would you mind posting the code or the macro with an
example?

Thank you Dennis.
I'll post the code for it (and another short example)
as soon as I get to the PC where I have the code.

So does the macro make a ball, or is it shaped by control points? Someone
posted a link to a macro by Ron Parker which gave similar looking results to
this.

In unicode it has code 0142 and is called 'LATIN SMALL LETTER L WITH
STROKE'. The upper version of this letter has code 0141 and is called 'LATIN
CAPITAL LETTER L WITH STROKE'.

Like I always say, it's spelled -exactly- the way it is pronounced.
