I just use trace() to find out where the object under the cloth is (in this
case a POSER figure).

I'm sorry the the picture didn't come through. Your example though looks
like the same idea. Can you post any source showing how to do this or

Just curious...have you tried running it through Warp's Compressed Mesh
program? I wonder if it would go much smaller.
