Version 2, with the requisite chrome sphere and more obvious glass... I
tried a checkered plane, but I didn't like it too much. So it's not
*technically* in line with the cliche... ;-) Whaddaya' think?

Nice! I like.
Checkered plane.. I remember a pun somebody posted a while ago with a
*plane* plane.. maybe you could have a jet model, with a checker pigment,
kind of swooping around the word? Just a suggestion.

I sent my Tintin's rocket to the povray objects collection (
http://www.povworld.de/objects ).
It's free, so if you want to use it, download it (it's in pov / moray /
hamapatch format with its tga image map)
Hope this helps.

P.S.: I'd add a cylinder to the reflective sphere. Now it reads as
raytrocing.

Bye.

I would set the sphere back a little (and make larger to compensate) so it
reflects a little more

All right, all right! It'll be a chrome sphere with a tail now! <grin>

What if you put a checkered plane in there with a no_image so it reflects in
the 'a' but doesn't screw the image up?
