I actually started off with an anim - this is just a still (obviously....
;-] )
but I didn't post it becuase I can't get the size down below about 800K
without seriously comprimising the quality. and thats only 60 frames at
320x240

Yes, but I'd have said that *some* of you have cable, and if he doesn't
have it then it would be a long, tedious upload for him...

I think that better empahasis would have helped the legibility a bit i.e.
Yes, but I'd have said that some of *you* have cable, and if *he* doesn't
have it then it would be a long, tedious upload for him...

As it happens I do have cable, but only a 56 kbs connection -I've also just
seen a thread in pov.anims about different encoders so I'll give those a
bash.

also what sort of size should I aim for when posting to pov.bin.anim ? -
probably listed somewhere obvious... :-)

I checked it out. Very cool and busy. Shadows would look even better.
