Good news: I've passed my last hard exam (mathematics 2), and now I can spend some
time on my everlasting kitchen project. I wasn't really in the right mood today, and
didn't turn on the computer until 5 hours ago. I made this quick shot in 60 minutes,
then it took 3h 30m to render. I couldn't make it as good as I want, both for lack of
time (have to wake up early tomorrow) and patience. But it should look better from a
certain distance. Hopefully next week, I'll find the time to start the *real*
kitchen.
Cheers,

Very nice. The only things that gives this away as being CG as opposed to
a photograph are the highlights on the bottles and corkscrew.

Agreed. But as elsewhere mentioned, the final scene will not be a close-up, and will
be probably lit just by indirect illumination, so no highlights at all... ;)

Actually, I do not drink alcoholics drinks, so I don't really know how that Ouzo
tastes...

First of all, great job as always.
One thing I learned recently from an enologist: the wine glass should always
be as thin and as tall as aesthetically possible. I'm not an expert on the
subject, but according to this guy, the thin glass contributes for the
visual pleasure, which is vital while appreciating a good wine. The height
I'm not sure what it is about, though...
