Can't have a surreal fish without a smart *ss smile, a periscope, a sail and
a fan-waving hand now, can you?

Couldn't get that procedural texture back, no matter what I tried... Anyway,
what about it now?

Oh dang, I was going for the sober and ultra-photorealistic look... I even
considered fooling some of those scholars at Science magazine, alleging I
found a new species. Well, back to the drawing board.

At first glance I thought your fish was holding a paintbrush and
painting on a canvas. How about that?

And of course a surreal fish doesn't have to be a surrealist himself
:)

Very funny :)

It's nice not to be too serious sometimes.

*lol*

The procedural texture looks great, but you might want to consider changing
the colors; more of an artistic choice, but most salt water fish have pretty
bright colors.

Oh, by all means, no. I guess it would have to be on a more classic style.
Something along the lines of Rembrant. :O)

My main goal, actually. Thanks.

In the case of my raytracing, the less seriousness, the better. RL has got
too much seriousness embeded already...
