Very nice but, isn't it a bit cold to hover barefoot in the snow?

Also, single panes of glass should be frosty.

Yes, but an angel in gumboots might look a little strange <grin>

There is frost on the glass (a white/clear bozo scaled very small) but it
didn't
come out as well as I would have liked

That'd make a great christmas card, but the one thing missing
is a window frame, without it it looks kind of pretend.

A few days to go yet but Merry Christmas to you, Gail.

I've got to comment on the picture too, even if not asked. Poser wings I
guess but you didn't say. Looking it over my first thought is about
lighting. I think a spotlight or extreme fade light would go perfectly
shining down past the angel and illuminating the nearby snow instead of
being uniformly lit. Then I think the shadow could maybe be left out as
well, kind of there yet not there sort of thing.
Maybe that star is fading out before it reaches that far and the other is
moonlight?

I do see the frosty glass fine here.

Yes and the dress and hair too

Most of the light is moonlight, a little overdone I guess

I'll tweak the lights and lights and see what happens

Well, the air, of course, takes heat energy from the feet at a much
slower rate than the ground could, because of density. Also, the air
around the feet can warm up and insulate them somewhat, as opposed to
the snow, which would require substantial energy to change phase to
water before it would start warming up much. So hovering barefoot might
not be that bad, provided you don't do it for several hours...
