Is that a mirror where the window is supposed to be?  :-)  The reflection 
intensity looks unnaturally high.  Are you using the fresnel reflection 
model?

Also, I'm not sure a typical office would need that many pillars to support 
the roof.  Just a thought.

The reflection is a little high and will be fixed in the next render. Im not
using fresnel reflection at the moment but may do in the final.

Hey, I built that ceiling, and the amount of corners I cut the pillars its
got might not be enough to hold it ;-)

seems to look a little flat, perhaps making it a bit brighter, and using dof
will help

Fair comment but I think dof will be for the final of final traces. I know
it adds that touch of realism but I think it will increase the trace time
too much.

Rather than reply to both this one and the previous...

Lost your chairs in it this time, got pretty dark.  Might up the diffuse
some or up the reflection.  Might check into using exponent
(reflection_exponent in v3.1) for both the glass to limit darker parts from
being shown.

I think you could still have the outdoors scenery be more glowing, as if
photographed and daylight overcoming the darker interior.  Except that if
the windows are tinted that wouldn't be wise then.  Needs a way to shine
light in more though, without it going oversaturated at the same time.
radiosity can't see a no_image object so guess that's ruled out.

Your other message post and rendering did show me what I had wondered about,
thanks.

A lot better than the first one.
I would recommend to set all ambient values strictly to zero. The 3d effect
will be enhenced by this.
Second you should double or even triple the color value of your ceiling
lights (I suppose, you use lights).
Soon you will have to use better radiosity settings. To avoid ugly
artifacts, you should use a normal (perhaps granite) for the walls and
pillars.

if your using the 3.5 beta, dof isnt much slower than good AA

Much more realistic than before IMO, the lights could probably be
stronger, nobody would want to work in such a dark office... ;-)
