Short form of 'Steuerung' on a german keyboard.
So the well known combination is called 'Strg + Alt + Entf' in German, but
don't ask me how to pronounce that... ;-)

Is the strangely shaped enter/return key a german keyboard thing?
(and are the Y and Z keys supposed to be reversed? Weird, that destroys the
"qwerty"ness)

what's strange about the enter-key? It's exactly the same as my enter-key...
(azerty-keyboard)

that's why it's not called qwerty, but qwertzu (or qwertz) :)

I don't know what that means in German, but it's quite rude in Portuguese...

it's not German, it's English...
c u is pronounced as see you.
In German that would be something like 'Auf wiedersehen!'

Nice build.. :o) Reminds me of my first computer, I think I got in 1983..
The buttons were made of gum.. It was a "Laser 200", prior to the C64's.. I
suppose you aren't trying to make it look like a typical modern keyboard.
