I've recently updated my UFO model that I copied from "Mars Attacks!." My
old version had a flat bottom, but after watching the movie again I noticed
that it's supposed to be dome-shaped. Unfortunately, the aperture doesn't
open and close anymore, though. I don't know if I'll be able to get the new
aperture to work. But this version looks pretty accurate compared to the
movie UFOs. The texture is also significantly improved (I stole some metal
texture code from Chris Huff).

Thanks also to Bob Hughes for the clouds, and Tom Aust for those cool palm
trees.

As always, if anyone's interested I'll be glad to post the source code.

Ooh, great colors, and nice job on the sand/metal.

I like very much the shape and texture of the UFO.

Congrats,
