Only Bezier Patches for legs.
Problems with interior of the green sphere.
Fade is not very nice.

Nice modeling of the legs, but the buttocks stick out a bit too far. How
did you model these?

Your comments are rights.
I've modelling with Moray 3.2 (Bezier patches edit).
Not very easy to find and refind the points to move...
But very fast to obtain a first result.
I will try with Amapi, Amorphium and Blender.
Perhaps mask are available in these programs.

I've never obtained something similar with Bezier Patches in Moray, well
done!

If I were you, I will continue with bezier patches and go ahead with
Hamapatch (it supports masks), it's freeware and exports to Moray (in .mdl
format).
Last version (2.4):

Info, tutorials, objects, plugins:

Hope this helps.
