Comments welcome. Does anyone have a nice image that I can use as an environment
map maybe?
Thanks

Reminds me of a slogan Dudley Moore created for a sports car in the movie
"Crazypeople" (and, due to the AUP, cannot be reproduced here). That is to
say: great job so far, I like it a lot.
I'm not an expert, but don't those headlights seem a little small? Oh, and
something I just noticed, the door paint job needs to be squeacky smooth, or
else it seems like your car has been in an accident and got a poor paint job
afterwards :o)

I think you're right about the headlights. I've gotten 'used' to the Mazda
Astina's small lights, which is why I didn't really notice that. I put first had
a crackle texture to try and simulate the glitterishness of metallic paint. I
changed it to granite at the last moment - not quite sure why...!?
I don't think I saw 'Crazy People'. I do remember 'Cannonball Run' which is
where I first saw a Lamborghini Countach which inspired me to start designing
cars as a hobby.

Eeesh! I forgot to compress it! Here's an older version that shows the rear as
well.

Great model!
There's only one thing that bothers me: does your glass texture have
variable reflection? Now it doesn't seem the case, and the reflections look
a bit too *homogeneus*. I would try something like reflection {0.1, 1
fresnel on falloff 3}. Try also different colors for reflection_max and
reflection_min, I don't know how it will look, but it's worth trying IMO.
Keep up the good work!

Nekar, you do seem to have very good talents in the art and design
department. I would buy this car if I had the wads of money to do so.
You should look into the sports car designing business - there's a job
waiting for you, and fun as well no less! :)
My only problem with it? The door. How will it open with that air vent
there?
Nice car, nice image, and in your other image... Nice rear end!
;)

One thing I just realized: we have never been presented a side view of your
car. Can you show us how it looks like from sideways?

At the moment I like it that way because it hides the mess-up on the inside
;o>
When I've done the inside, I'll fix up the glass.
