In the middle of the image on the far right, there is a picture of a HEAD
with big tall mouse ears, hair, eyes, nose, mouth, chin.
I thought it was pretty neat to have that type of visual co-incidence. The
image is not a texture map, but rather a random
chance occurence of reflections in the image.

There's a bat on the left too. They're out to get you.

Daniel,
submit it to the irtc - I'd award at least 17 points for originality ;-)
I like it, really.
I wonder how the texture-like reflection patterns evolve.

I'm interested in your scene ... are the 16 spheres textured or just
solid colors? Reflective for sure and ... what are the two large
objects and their textures?
I'm not familiar with moray so not sure of your light and camera
positions.
I likes it.

You've been Ray-Tracing too long.

The spheres are flat-(no bump mapping), and no textures, just a sphere with
a slight tint to them and the reflectivity turned all the way up.
The outer spheres are totally black mirrors so the dont add any "color" to
the scene, they merely reflect.
Where the 2 large spheres intersect, they form a sort of dome within the
sphere from the cameras perspective
which adds some nice swirls to the picture.

At mid left, a blue headed alien in a space suit. Above the green
sphere.

This reminds of the glass torus I made once:
http://iki.fi/warp/pics/testbig.jpg
There are at least one human face, two troll faces, a bird head and a
fish in the image. Of course none of them are intentional but caused by
pure coincidence.
(The human face and one of the troll faces are so clear and vivid that
it's almost scary.)
