Hello everyone! I think I might have a stable internet connection now...
at least for the time being.

Here is an image I made a couple of months back. It's all hand-coded and
uses 3 light_sources, two of which are area_lights.

I worked from a sketch I had made of a similar design.

Questions, comments, and gripes are always welcome~

Nice Pic.
Just a question: to what does the roof-vent on the left side of the pic
connect? It looks like an exhust, but there is a window where the unit
it would connect to would be. Please, educate me on the intracacies of
your design that I may all the more enjoy your pic.

Looks good. A bit too clean maybe, some more dirt could improve it.
The color of the plants is very strong in comparison to the other parts.
This is not necessarily bad but it is quite striking.

The roof vent on the lower left module was supposed to be for a
fireplace (heat rises), but I never made one to go in that room. I
figured it might not be visible from the current point of view.

I rather like this - it looks like the sort of thing one might find in a
computer game.

Are you using image maps for the walls? I notice there seems to be a change
of pigment or something near the rivets.

I'm not exactly sure of what you're talking about. Maybe you're seeing
the surface normal interacting with with the reflection on the walls....
I didn't use any image_maps for the image.

Funny you should mention the color of the plants. To me, they aren't too
colorful... but then again I am slightly colorblind. I used to fail half
of those 'see the number in the dots' color tests they give children in
school.
