Hi,
I finished working on a GL-SkyBox and it is definately much better
than a skysphere, it uses only 6 polygons and is much more precise (as
long as the 6 textures are precise)
Image 1 is the GL-SkySphere, you can see at the top near the pole that
there is jaggyness as observed in earlier postings.
Image 2 is the skybox, directly looking at corner <-1,-1,-1>, note that
there is no way to define where the polygons end.
