Hi all,
I've been reading these newsgroups for a while and I really learned a
lot from you guys so it's time I try to contribute as well.
This is my first post and since the tradition seems to first post a
reflective sphere over a checkered floor, here is my version.
I guess the real name is more something like "blob family".
Hope you like it.
Nicolas
P.S.: The toon texture is not mine, I got it from this newsgroup.

Probably my favourite for this theme.

Welcome! Nice of you to follow our tradition with your first post. :o) If
Rick Kitty was here, he'd probably say you need to work a bit more on the
checkered floor, to make it more regular, and the spheres are also not
entirely round.. but.. just joking.. This has style. What about some legs?
And by the way, thanks for using a proper jpeg compression.
Best regards,
Hugo

Thanks. I think I won't go into adding legs, I like them like they are
and I'm not sure what kind of legs I could add.

Man that is so cool!! I love it!
One of the best "spheres on checkered plane" I've ever seen.
