Now with media clouds.  There is also some slight focal blur, but it
turned out to not even be noticeable...  With media, radiosity, blur,
and isosurface water, it took only 82h 37m 27s to render.  ;)

I think the ship is a little too dark here, and the surface normal of
the sails was lost with aa.  But at 3 1/2 days, I may just leave it.
