Hello everyone. After seeing a program called XenoDream I decided to try
my hand at some strange fractal shapes again. The green 'organic' object
is comprised of two isosurfaces stacked on each other, both using an
image created in Gimp. The image was made using the ifs composer plugin.

Render time was about 35 minutes with no radiosity. Questions, comments,
etc. are always welcome!

That's really cool! I think it would be fun to try a variation in which the
fractal thing had a metallic texture...

Add some flakiness and a little variation to the color and you'd have a
perfect moss for stones and tree bark. Nice job.

I have near the bottom of my things-to-do list a high aerial view of a
wooded area as background. Seen looking down on some aircraft in
flight - work in progress :)

Your scene looked perfect. Nice one.

Hmm... very interesting. Not much at all like I would expect a POV
render to look like. :)
