It's not the best concrete I've seen; the tiling is far too obvious on
the walls, which makes it look like wallpaper. That said, the floor
somewhat resembles carpet.

The radiosity looks very nice, though.

The textures are there to give quick visual reference. The purpose
of this scene was to find balance for outdoors illumination when
certain absolute refence colors are used. Also photographic textures
react in unexpected ways when lit indirectly with this type of setup.
May be a limitation of the RGB system.

Looks good, but the contrasts do not seem quite right to me, the lit parts
of the interior are extremely bright while the outside ground is just
plain yellow.

The window wall being extremely thin also seems a bit unrealistic.

This would be physically correct for this scene and the limited
processing used.
