It took a while, but i have made a new version of the IsoCSG library.  It
includes the character/text macros by ABX and various new useful macros. 
I also updated the insert menu.

The attached image shows the use of IC_Text(), IC_Threshold() and
IC_Displace().

I have some cool ideas for some logos that I could create using the new text
macros. I look forward to playing around with these functions.
