Some of the 'groups (espc. p.o-t; what a surprise!) have been getting a
bit heated lately, so here's something to cheer y'all up...

Cool creature. I think putting his body on the ground and having his arms in
and out of the sand would suggest an interesting means of propulsion or
perhaps the idea that creature is capable of burrowing. Looks like a sand
sea monster.
I don't know to what extent you have modeled the knight. But a shot over his
shoulder would be cool too.

The Bone Monster's tail is actually coming out of the sand (you can't
see it too well from this angle, I know), and he is supporting himself
with his nice blobby backbone ;)

He's made of 2 spheres and 5 cylinders. Close-ups NOT recommended!
Percival will eventually be a common sight in my pictures, but I'm gonna
increase his model detail.

Would you believe that I had a pack of these guys in my dream last
night, except with different textures, they had a texture almost like
that of a cloud (which looked very cool by the way). I don't remember
the exact context, but you had made a very impressive animation of them
and either it came alive or I was in it. I guess YNYBRTTLW....

Perhaps a Little Maker, feeding on spice melange and to develop later on
to a Shai-Hulud... ...but Percival is a strange name for a young Arrakisian
sandworm, what about something sounding more Arabic?

Pretty cool.
Reminds of some H.P. Lovecraft creatures (with darker texture...)

I wanted him to have a sort of "boney" look. It all started when I made
a blob that I thought looked like a vertebra (check the monster's
backbone)
I was just looking at some of the code last night and realised the code
for those tentacle-rib thiniges actually uses 1000 spheres each. That
explains the long render time anyway... The skull/head is a blob as
well.
I might put a modified version of Boney into my IRTC entry; he'd be
quite at home there ;) We'll see...
