Thank you. That's a great compliment !
I went to his site to have a yet another look
at his fantastic images. He has added some rather
new and nice images (and other stuff).
While looking through "the book of beginnings",
I found these two images that had some simi-
larities to the image I posted:

And maybe this one:

Is OzLand the area in Australia that have
all the forest fires these days ?
If you know of any web pages about such
vulcano tunnels, can you then please point
me to them ?

Thanks.
Friday I started a 1024x768 rendering of this
image on a 1 GHz PC. I'm looking forward to see
the result when I get access to it tomorrow.

You could 'cut off' the object just behind the camera so the light comes
in.

Somewhere at the side so you have nice shading on the objects.

Yes. I'm sorry that I sometimes use expressions that may not be
understood by non-english readers :(

I do not remember seeing any pictures on the web. The tunnels _do_
have a name, which escapes me. They occur in those lava flows which
are very liquid. The surface hardens fairly quickly but the lava
continues to flow underneath and eventually forms these tunnels. I
have only seen them on TV.

No. I remember playing with the source you posted for the November
image and I must still have it on my HD somewhere :)
