I am currently working on that project; it began with some
experimentations about the Seed and Rand functions... Then I
did a macro aimed to build flowers. Everything here is randomly
organized, from the petals rotations til the position of each flower.

I saw the Johansen_Mobilixnet grass; it looks great. Mine is not a
textured grass; it is about random, too.

Here is my second draft...
Hope to hear some critiques, soon,

thanx, Alex

Very nice. The randomness gives the scene a natural feel. The lighting
though is very harsh... no ambient lighting/radiosity?

random sure is natural, any chance of this becoming a 'country field' macro
:)

The textures seem to look a bit too much like plastic, and some of the petals
don't appear to be touching the center of the flowers but that might just
be the angle.
