A bit of advice...
When a hovering mirrored sphere starts following you around, don't 
bother trying to hit it with something. All that will do is make people 
look at you funny.

I don't allow myself to go into the housewares section of department stores
anymore. The crystalware talks to me and won't let me out until I have heard
each and everyone of them. Chrome bumpers on cars are becoming a problem
too <sigh>.

NO! BAD IDEA! The sphere will shatter and cause a break-down of the
space-time continuum and you will be sucked into another dimension where
there is a green wireframe grid as the ground and even more horrid
raytraced primitives. Just whatever you do don't poke the floor with a cone
as it is quite delicate.
