Hello,

After a long stop busy with other business, I restarted few weeks ago to
play with PovRay.

I rewrote nearly completely my fluid simulator in order to speed up the
simulations.

For a first test, I made a new animation with a glass filled of water with 4
woodden balls inside.

The video is xvid encoded.

Any comments are wellcome.

Impressive! Although I suppose at the 25th attempt a scene'd better be good.
;-) I count five balls, though. And why is the last one not floating?
If I might make a suggestion, you shouldn't have the camera on the same
level as the top of the glass, it gives the animation a strange tilt, imho.

Good point, there is 5 balls... The one that stay in the bottom is also with
a 0.5 density. So it should float like the others. I think that the problem
is comming from the fact that that ball is not completely surounded by
water. The pressure of the water push it against the wall. In the past I
solved that problem by defining a minimum distance between the wall and the
objects.
