I don't know what this is called, but I got the same pattern when I tried
creating a Sierpinski Triangle using the chaos game. I accidentally did not
use absolute values to find the new point, so it ended up that I would get
the shape at the end of your animation. I was actually trying to find what
I had done wrong when I ran into this page. I don't think that this fractal
is really known because it is really a mistake. I don't even know if is a
fractal. If you have found anything out, I would love to hear!
