Hi;

I've made a new version of the apartment round trip animation, with some
added objects in it. It's too large to post on this server (~1.7 Mb),
but you can find it by clicking on this link:

http://www.studenter.hb.se/~arch/files/home.mpg

I can say it's the best I've done so far....comments welcome.

Mikael.

Great animation, in your previous post, you mentioned that you used a 3D
home program, exported as a DXF file and used that file in Moray, how did
you convert the DXF file to a Moray MDL file?

I used 3DWin (http://www.stmuc.com/thbaier/) to convert the .dxf to .mdl. Some
objects were also imported into Rhino, where I used the ExplodeMesh function to
get editable/scalable objects (those were of course exported directly from
Rhino).

Regards,

- Mikael.

Hi Mikael,

Thanks for the tip, I've downloaded it, now to find time to try it out, I have
Floorplan 3D, which has the ablity to export in dxf format.

btw, comparing the two animations, I find the second better because of the
size, the detail is more apparent, and the addition of furnature and textures adds
to it also. Keep up the good work.

Cheers, Alex.
